[RFC] Testing new Ubuntu EC2 package sources on Android Build

Hello,

We're having from time to time issues with initializing builds slaves
due to issue with Ubuntu EC2 package mirror problems. Ubuntu EC2 team
is aware of the problem and invites us to participate in testing a
new mirror which should solve these issues. More details are in:

I guess it's a good move to help test this new mirror, so I'd like to
see if anyone has big concerns with that, and otherwise I'll add it to
my queue. The change should be transparent to Android Build users, and
if we see any issues (like higher error rate than usual), we can easily
revert.
