Ok, some questions for the meeting.  Actually, if we can answer these
we may not need a meeting.

What top level directory does this go in? Candidates seem to be:

/linux-linaro
/linaro

Again where, do you want one /deb/ and the identical hierarchy under
that as there is under /?

And also where do you want the linux meta package.  It must be in a
deb directory since it is nothing but packaging.
