Did you manage to boot the board using that card as well?

Do you have a binary/ dir left after the script finishes?
Can you try to reproduce it using
lp:~salgado/linaro-image-tools/use-cmd-runner? The code in that branch
will catch the non-zero return code and raise an exception, like the
rest of our code does.

Sure thing. Care to file a bug about it? FTR, that's when it's
fetching the apt package lists (i.e. apt-get update).
