I assume Jamie refactored something. Found that there is now
GettingInstallingTesting ...

I am not sure I like the new multi-purpose naming. How about we
resurrect Source/ImageInstallation (or under Release/) and <<include
...>> that page in the Releases/GettingInstallingTesting page?
