SD/MMC for i.MX51

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for the merging.  But the bits for babbage mmc resources and
driver registration are missing.  I'm trying to add them for getting a
bootable mmc linaro image, but running into some problem right now.
Will continue digging tomorrow.
