Ian, as I wrote last week, the burndown chart indicates we are
definitely not poised to hit our target. I'd like to know what your
recommendations are for getting it back in shape -- we don't have a lot
of time to redirect at this point.

I think the report could include counts of work items in the different
statuses to more clearly indicate the volume of work.
