Ok, I sorted this out, but I noticed a couple of problems still.
1. even with the -k, it errors out after a while
2. There are still some test results with duplicate test_case_id:
cpufreq_05.0/cpu1: checking 'ondemand' directory exists...
 pass
cpufreq_05.0/cpu1: checking 'conservative' directory exists...
 pass
cpufreq_05.0/cpu1: checking 'ondemand' directory is not there...
 pass

(I don't know if those are the only ones, just some I happened to spot by
chance)
