[RFC PATCH 21/24] mx1_camera: clear the use of fiq

fiq interface as used by mx1 camera is suspicious, with the
definition of NR_IRQS to be 1024 in the only platform this is used
(OMAP). Set the stage for decoupling this from using the fiq interface.
