Hi Daniel,

I've tested and pushed everything except patches 13/14 and 14/14 to the repo.
Let's come back to autoconf once I've had more time to study it myself.

Thanks for you contribution.

I'll next push Yong's changes to make powerdebug refresh on inotify (might
require some rework).
