Checking the manuals more carefully, it seems like 588369 does not
affect 4430 either, having been fixed in PL310 r2p0. For 727915,
it would be possible to replace outer_cache.set_debug by an empty
function for r3p1 (4460), thus avoiding the monitor call if running
on such a chip.
