validation.linaro.org scheduler working again

Upon coming in this morning I had reports of failures to schedule jobs in
LAVA, and was noticing about that same time that the daily jobs that
normally run seemed to be missing.  There was a lingering issue with the
network upgrade on Friday that was causing the problem, but once discovered
it was quickly corrected.  This would have also affect any CI jobs since
then, so if you have any CI jobs with missing results, this will be the
reason for it.  Feel free to re-submit those jobs now if you need them.
