QATracker usage is deprecated. The correct mechanism it to use the
questionnaire.
Though, it's a temporary solution as we're working actively on a
replacement tool:

For the Developer and Community Build, feel free to give comments on
the form itself,
the mailing list or me directly. It will help us to improve
lava-qatracker as we don't plan to
invest time on the current forms.
