Preliminary 12.04 linux-linaro kernel tree

Greetings,

I updated (overwrote) the current linux-linaro tree
(git://git.linaro.org/kernel/linux-linaro-tracking.git , linux-linaro 
branch).

Changes to the previous version:
* topics merge order changed: generic topics first, LT's topics last:

* Added tracking-linaro-android-3.4 topic:
topic linaro-android-3.4 merge android_jstultz/linaro-android-3.4
* Added the fix from Samsung LT: no more build failures due to Mali and 
UMP on targets which don't have these devices.
* samslt-rtc topic removed (it is in v3.4-rc3 already).
* samslt-android_configtopic added.
* omap4_defconfig added. Based on omap4_defconfig from 12.03 
linux-linaro release. Doesn't belong to any topic yet, will go into the 
unsorted topic on the next linux-linaro update.

Not included are the following topics present in the 12.03 release:
* tracking-linaro_cpuidle: there are conflicts when rebasing it to
v3.4-rc3. The topic owner has been notified, and should tell me how to
proceed. Or update the topic for v3.4-rc3.
* the replacement for tracking-umm-3.3-wip (tracking-umm-3.4-rc3-wip 
probaly): haven't received the v3.4-rcX version so far.

Minimal boot test has been passed on the panda, though I had to
use CONFIG_CLK_REG_CPUFREQ_DRIVER instead of 
CONFIG_ARM_OMAP2PLUS_CPUFREQ for the board to boot. Not sure if this is 
the right thing to do. Android testing is TBD.
