Looking at the below git, it looks like the plain U-Boot release 
v2012.04 is used as a base for this?

Better use the recent master

which includes the 4 patches known to fix the brokenness. Or use the 
(still unreleased) v2012.04.1.

This patch should is obsolete, now. The AXI cache and QOS settings are 
done in the imximage.cfg for both the SabreLite and the ARM2, now:
