Just appears when it's changing modes or blanking the display, it 
doesn't seem to indicate anything else or occur any other times.

There's no ext4 support enabled in omap4_defconfig and I only got HDMI 
at 640x480.

omap2plus_defconfig doesn't build, I have a patch for the general issue 
but I see HDMI audio is also broken for build there so looking at that 
first.
