[Linaro-mm-sig] dma-buf pull request content

btw, I haven't seen a patch yet, but I think nv guys were going to
re-submit s/EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL/EXPORT_SYMBOL/ patch..

One of them pinged me the other day, that this is a sticking point for
them, vs. inventing their own optimus mechanism.  And like I mentioned
before, without having open userspace gl drivers on any of the arm
platforms (yet!) I can't really in good conscious argue against them.
