Hello Sangram

Rony (CC'd) was looking at the speex optimisation but as the work was
already being carried out by the community and it was low priority for
us, we postponed the work till we have a good understanding of what sort
of optimisation is needed. A release of speex in our LEBs was done in
11.09 release (tarball is found here:
https://launchpad.net/linaro-multimedia-project/2011.11/2011.09)

I think your use-case and observations could rekindle the discussion
about optimising Speex, I think that Rony could look at giving a more
detailed answer soon.
