Assembler bug blocking Thumb-2 kernel builds

Can we get it upstream and/or into the linaro tools?

For development purposes I may be able to bodge around it or use
different binutils, but we'd want this to be fixed in the default
binutils if we're to build Thumb-2 kernels for natty.
