[Linaro-validation] LAVA trunks _should_ work with Django 1.4 now

So far so good for me, could we get a pypi release of those components at
least, so that installation is simplified?  I struggled with updating this
a bit, when I removed them and reinstalled from a source branch, it seemed
the path to lava_server under site-packages became something unexpected, so
all the static files were broke.  I hacked around this, but would be
interested to know what the "right" way to do this is.
