Pdf comparisons are attached there for convenience. Please, have a look and report any issue found by e-mail or during our next call on Dec 18 [2]. If everything looks good and everybody agrees, we will release EBBR v2.3.0 soon after that. Thank you!

Thanks for pointing that out!
I looked at the differences in the specifications (and the indices) and I think this is straightforward enough that we could indeed update our UEFI version for EBBR v2.3.0. Pull request #136 is now in-flight for review.
