It well known now that I am planning to submit a paper for ELC-E in
Berlin.  Mark, if I do get accepted, will there be a travelling
budged?

Of course, I was joking.  And, as Bill pointed out this if for ELC-E not LPC.  We
have travel budget for ELC-E.  You have my approval to attend, even better
if your paper gets accepted.
