Thank you for pointing that out. 

There is no difference from the previous submissions. I was studying the drivers/staging codebase and followed the Documentation/filesystems/sysfs.rst recommendation without being aware that this exact cleanup had already been discussed and rejected recently.

 I apologize for the oversight and for not thoroughly checking the lore archives before submitting.
