Hi Robert,

Most of the testing code is located under 'automated' directory, we have a license file added there. Refer to
https://git.linaro.org/qa/test-definitions.git/tree/automated/COPYING

Test cases in the 'android' and 'common' directories are already migrated to 'automated' directory. Once test jobs that still using them get updated, these directories will be deleted too.

I will talk to Milosz(on holiday) next week to see if it is needed to move the 'COPYING' file the root directory.
