is, I think 0x5C was always the wrong value, even without the watchdog

Yes, I thinks 0x5C it wrong,  at the beginning I feel weird about this value, then I think that is a bug.

This patch can work with my watchdog patch and arch_timer patch
 

I say this because we had the same bug on our ACPI tables.
