Thanks for bringing it up. All the test cases are not enabled in the build:

homescreen test was a test added to lava-test-shell to make sure that Android has booted to homescreen. This is not a test needed to for the build since lava-test-shell will reboot the device between every test.

monekyrunner: Will enable it again.

shell-binder: The test was enabled for initial testing. It was needed for a specific project where it is being used. Will enable it again.
