Okay. Would you get a android-build chewing on a pinned-manifest
without this commit in it and see where we are? If it fixes the
problem who can talk to igloo to revert the patch?

I can create a build without the USB patch on device/linaro/snowball to check if that is the problem. 

Reverting is simple since it is our own git.
