Also tried on a linux machine to prepare SD card , but android failed to start i see black screen

The board is up , i didn't see any kernel panic in serial terminal .

Miracast was added in Android 4.2, so any Linaro build based on 4.2 or 4.2.1 should do. That includes all recent releases as well as the linaro_android_4.2.1 development branch.
