https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins switched to Crowd auth

Hello,

To provide compliance with private build requirements, we switched Jenkins on android-build.linaro.org to LInaro Login (aka Crowd) authentication. This should not have much immediate effect, as access usually happens via the frontend (at https://android-build.linaro.org), but if you have an account directly in Jenkins, please remember to use Linaro Login username/passwd.

Project-based matrix security setting was also enabled, and that's expected to be used for private builds shortly (and that will require direct interaction with Jenkins). More info to follow.
