To Whom It May Concern,

I’ve seen today that the bug I’ve submitted was tagged as invalid.  And it is only though my persistence as a thorough engineer and considerate person that I’m echoing this once again.  https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-android/+bug/1159013

You may be correct that there are no changes needed for the software, but at a minimum please add a sentence explaining the situation on the webpage.

It is not clear in the documentation on the webpage where you offer this binary for download.

A user is led to believe that this is a panda bootable binary.  (and on earlier versions it was complete with video).

Note:  That in the current state it impossible to use Windows to create an SD card from this binary to boot the pandaboard with video. The TI driver transfer can’t be done on a windows machine.

With no warning that the binary image is in-fact not complete for pandaboard, many people will attempt to do this from windows and have problems with it.

This information is not available on the internet.

Maybe this is the wrong group of people?  Can you redirect this to the people in your organization that deal with documentation and the web site?

Subject: I rootcaued a bug for your panda board binary image (Jelly Bean)

Guys,

I’m pretty certain that I have proven that there is a bug in your pandaboard images since Jelly Bean.  Video is broken.  I have taken some pictures to help type up what I think is wrong.  And I was able to take your binary and fix it.  I suspect that you have an automated process that is running to refresh the binary image, and I think I know what it is doing incorrectly.  How do I post this info?

Let me know where I should post the fix, bug….ect.
