11.11 MMWG Technical Requirements?

Hi everyone, I was looking at the TSC planning schedule and wondering where we are with requirements for multimedia: https://wiki.linaro.org/Cycles/1111/Schedule

Are we tracking this elsewhere? If not, I went ahead and created a requirements wiki page here: https://wiki.linaro.org/Cycles/1111/TechnicalTopics/Multimedia

We need to fill this out with ideas and get this going quickly.
