- New extras package including the correct script for setting up the
CPU governors (useful for MP)
- Changes at the kernel package to also include the device tree files
(were all missing at the previous 3.6 based kernel) - No code/kernel
changes.

Fathi, please update the links at the PAD once it's accepted.
Ryan, are you able to help us testing it as well? Should have everything for MP.
