The release candidate you sent to me is build 58:

So I didn't try build 64. Would you try to boot the board on build 58 to see what will happen? If it boots failed on your side too, then we probably can use build 64 as our 13.01 release for Samsung Origen board.

I'm not able to reproduce both issues using latest snapshot:

This build has 2 changes: it's built using gcc-linaro 4.7-2012.08
(work around kernel oops) and use ubuntu-minimal.conf config fragment
instead of ubuntu.conf.
