Setup a ubuntu test machine for gdb testing on x86_64 in remote gdbserver configuration.

Initiated visa process for Ireland and sent requests for required documents to Arwen.

Run gdb test suite in x86_64 remote gdbserver configuration and compare with all other configurations already tested including arm remote to figure out any similar failures while running test suite remotely on two different machines.
