Yes, the IP4_CONFIG_PROTOCOL was obsoleted at some point last year and
replaced by IP4_CONFIG2_PROTOCOL - requiring a lock-step update of the
base UEFI code and the shell in order to keep network services
functional.
Updating to a recent Shell should solve this issue. (We have recently
changed guidance to build the shell with the platform rather than
using the prebuilt binaries.)
