1. Log in your lava with admin user
2. click the admin user in the top right corner, and click the Administration item in the popup menu
3. click the Users link to go to the user list page
4. in the user list page, click the novellogp64 to go the detail page of novellogp64 user
5. in the user detail page, in the User permissions:  item, add the permission you want to give user novellogp64
