Hi Vishal / Milosz / Alan,
We did a LAVA upgrade today, but the issue seems to persist ): Unless the fix is lava is not yet propagated!
From the kernel log
[ 0.000000] Linux version 3.10.48-05208-gf4e327e (jenkins-build@ip-10-154-138-216) (gcc version 4.9.1 20140710 (prerelease) (Linaro GCC 4.9-2014.07) ) #1 SMP Tue Jul 29 04:29:08
UTC 2014
It is clear that I am using the 14.07 android LSK build for Juno.
I still see
root@linaro#
/data/lava-lava-juno-butterfree/bin/lava-test-runner /data/lava-lava-juno-butterfree/bin/lava-test-runner /data/lava-l <ava-juno-butterfree
/system/bin/sh: /data/lava-lava-juno-butterfree/bin/lava-test-runner: No such file or directory
Attaching the log file also as a reference.
Any clue?
Thanks
Basil Eljuse…

Hi Milosz / Alan,

So in 14.08 builds for Juno we should have this resolved I suppose. Great! I shall test it with 14.08.
Busybox should be part of 14.07 release itself.
- LAVA assumed /system/bin/mksh as a shell interpreter. This was not
the case for juno as the file was named /system/bin/sh. This was fixed
in LAVASo for this does it mean we should be pulling in a LAVA fix/release at our instance? I am guessing so, please confirm. We'll plan for an update in that case.
Pulling the latest LAVA fixes might be the thing that should be pulled.
Thanks
Basil Eljuse...

I guess it was solved already. There were 2 issues here:Hope that helps. Sorry it took so long to reply. I was snowed with emails.
- busybox on Juno was broken. Bero pushed changes to bionic that fixed that- LAVA assumed /system/bin/mksh as a shell interpreter. This was not
the case for juno as the file was named /system/bin/sh. This was fixed
