Hi, Basil

The pm-qa scripts integrated in the build comes from the linaro-2013.04-1 branch of this repository:
https://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=tools/pm-qa.git;a=summary.

You can see the Switches file in the following page:
https://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=tools/pm-qa.git;a=tree;h=refs/heads/linaro-2013.04-1;hb=refs/heads/linaro-2013.04-1

Thanks,

Thanks Yongqin, I have fetched the pm-qa.sh launcher script from the source area and it indeed has the updates in place.

Regarding the Switches folder it is not present in the overlayed area within LEB.

I can see only

/data/benchmark/pm-qa/

                                                + utils

                                                + thermal

                                                + suspend

                                                + include

                                                + cputopology

                                                + cpuidle

                                                + cpuhotplug

                                                + cpufreq

Sorry for my ignorance is this Switches folder part of pm-qa test setup itself? I looked into https://launchpad.net/linaro-power-qa/trunk/2013.04/+download/linaro-pmqa-0.4.1-2013.04.tar.gz and there i could not find any folder with this name. Only additional bit from above list is ‘powertop’ folder.

Thanks

Hi, Basil

The latest lava-android-test has been updated for the directory problem of pm-qa test.

You checkout the latest lava-android-test source and try it.

And for the error, if I am not wrong, it's because the ../Switches is not integrated into the build.

you can check if this file exists: /data/benchmark/pm-qa/Switches

And seems there are some errors about the usage of "id -u" command under android.

Thanks,

Hi Naresh / Senthil,

Wonder if you could help me here with the question on pm-qa execution on LAVA.

I was using the pm-qa launcher script which was part of https://launchpad.net/lava-android-test/trunk/2013.01/+download/lava-android-test-0.16.2-2013.01.tar.gz

Attaching the same for your reference.

Since the latest LEBs do have pm-qa overlayed to /data/benchmark/pm-qa instead of /system/xbin.pm-qa i modified the pm-qa launcher script locally.

However with the modified launcher script i do get some failures.

Attaching the log output also for your reference.

I am suspecting that i can no longer use the pm-qa launcher script from the above link as is.

Any idea what launcher script i should use from LAVA for pm-qa?

Thanks

Basil Eljuse...
