Yes, I meant 4430 and 4460 at their natural high frequencies.

$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies

350000 700000 920000 1200000

I'll set the max to 920MHz on the scaling and let's see how it goes...
