It seems that this filter no longer exists, or is private, I and other
folks are getting "The requested filter doesn't exist or is private."
trying to follow that link.

I also thought the plan was to start with BPs in Jira form next month.
But seeing that cards even for older BPs were created, I proceeded to
them, but so that my cards are all empty except the title, e.g.
http://cards.linaro.org/browse/LAVA-136 . With Jira capabilities, I'd
expect Headline/Acceptance to be fields of the cards, but I don't see
those either. So, I'd appreciate more guidelines how to do that, like
reference to known good BP card to do it by example. In the meantime, I
updated BP status in LP.
