Have you looked into how to use a single GPU frequency in the 5.15 kernel?

I’m not 100% on what you will need if you use your 5.15 kernel build and want to run media-ctl and v4l2-ctl tools from the command line. What works for me is to

A. Run our VTNext_ARM64_Release.out – this is doing some FPGA reset and setup of GPIOs

B. sudo media-ctl -d /dev/media0 -l '"msm_csiphy2":1->"msm_csid1":0[1],"msm_csid1":1->"msm_ispif1":0[1],"msm_ispif1":1->"msm_vfe0_rdi1":0[1]'

sudo media-ctl -d /dev/media0 -V '"mt9034 5-003a":0[fmt:UYVY2X8/1280x720],"msm_csiphy2":0[fmt:UYVY2X8/1280x720],"msm_csid1":0[fmt:UYVY2X8/1280x720],"msm_ispif1":0[fmt:UYVY2X8/1280x720],"msm_vfe0_rdi1":0[fmt:UYVY2X8/1280x720]'

sudo v4l2-ctl --set-fmt-video=width=1280,height=720,pixelformat='UYVY' -d /dev/video1

v4l2-ctl --stream-mmap=4 --verbose -d /dev/video1

polling_ms is in this file - drivers/gpu/drm/msm/msm_gpu_devfreq.c:90: .polling_ms = 50,

If #3 does not work for you, then let me know and I will proceed with getting access to our kernel repository.

This should be the settings. If you can get it to display on your analog TV, click the middle button (press in) then toggle it up/down to get to System then press in then you want Frame Rate and Freq like below.

Yes, it's just NTSC composite video. I think can configure for PAL too, but to do that you need to be able to see the video to do that.

In parallel, I've started the process of sending you another camera and board.
