If you require a gcc-11 cross-compiler see:
https://developer.arm.com/Tools%20and%20Software/GNU%20Toolchain
If you are curious Linaro gcc was discontinued four years ago and
replaced by the GNU-A toolchain from Arm (this was an agreed plan
between Linaro and Arm... GNU-A is the planned successor). In fact GNU
A was recently been unified with the GNU-RM toolchain and was renamed
to the Arm GNU toolchain (and is what I link to above).

using an older version of gcc: aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc (Linaro GCC 6.3-2017.02) 6.3.1 20170109. You are using "aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc (Debian 11.3.0-3) 11.3.0", so I'm going to try a newer compiler.
