OP-TEE 3.4.0 is now ready. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to this new version.

Links to commits and pull requests incorporated in this release are in the change log [1].

As usual, I have tagged the relevant OP-TEE/* and linaro-swg/* Gits [2] and I have created stable manifests in manifest.git (see branch 3.4.0, which is also tagged 3.4.0 [3]). So, it should be easy for anyone to retrieve and build this release.
