Hi,
I guess this is a known issue:

Please refer to comments #3 and #6 of above bug.
To walk around it, just go to the settings menu within 1 minute once the board booted up, to change the suspend interval time from 1 minute to 30 minutes.

Basically, what I did is
download boot.tar.bz2, system.tar.bz2, and userdata.tar.bz2
run "linaro-android-media-create --mmc /dev/sdc --dev arndale --boot

to make a bootable SD card.
