[ANN] Gerrit upgraded to 2.12.4

The Systems Team is happy to announce that all active Gerrit services:

review.linaro.org android-review.linaro.org dev-private-review.linaro.org lhg-review.linaro.org

have been upgraded to version 2.12.4 (from 2.12.2). This is minor versions upgrade since 2.12 deployment at the end of April. No major features or fixes (affecting us) brought by this upgrade, just a routine upgrade to make sure we stay close to mainline before the Connect.

Smoke testing over weekend didn't show any problems, but please let us know if you experience any issues (by replying to this mail privately, or submitting ticket at https://servicedesk.linaro.org/servicedesk/customer/portal/4)
