android-build.linaro.org is back up, I'm currently running test build to ensure everything is ok.

Few builds went ok, upgrade is successful, a-b is available for production usage. If you spot any issue, please report it to https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-android-infrastructure/+bug/952375
