Might be better to run the CTS with the build locally, that way we will get the result quicker.

Do you have example of juno jobs that have bootargs passed?
The clang builds failed to boot on LAVA because of the selinux problem. Instead of fixing the selinux problem(since it's based on the master branch which is not stable), disabling the selinux from the bootargs would be a better option.
If you have example of such jobs, please share with me.
