The problem about trying linaro jellybean Android on Pandaboard

I can not get imgtec-panda-imm76i-67545da7.tgz from “https://dl.google.com%E2%80%9D when I install the graphics library.

The command is “wget --no-check-certificate https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/imgtec-panda-imm76i-67545da7.tgz%E2%80.... But the connection is always failed.

Can I get the graphics library “imgtec-panda-imm76i-67545da7.tgz” from another address?
