Today I've noticed that my panda 'tests' builds are failing, a quick chat with bhoj later I knew about the new kernel and updated my 'tests' configuration to build properly.
Now I've noticed that snowball builds differ vs non-tests variant (they didn't build properly) so after eyeballing both configurations I've updated mine to match again.
Is there a way to request being notified whenever configuration is changed?
Alternatively, could you please me in CC when that happens so that I can keep track of my builds. Thanks
The plan has been to put the configs in git. We want to create a directory in the android build, put the config in it and have the build service use that. Maybe something good to work out in 12.07.
We switched to use the git configs at some point then reverted because asac asked a better support. As a result, the following blueprint has been created: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-android-build-tools/+spec/android-bu...
I didn't get free time to work on it this cycle.
Paul, where does the code live that could take the build config from a git after cloning a tree?
