Hey everyone.
I've started a build for Panda (without the blobs) that uses a new SOURCE_OVERLAY which will install BUILD-INFO.txt alongside system.tar.bz2
The build is now in progress, I will update everyone once this works:

Zach, question: should we rename '-blob- to something else while we are waiting for the new panda blobs to arrive?
