What exactly are you trying to do? If you want a build using our code unmodified, chances are you should download one of the existing builds (or do a local build).

If you wish to modify things, chances are you should submit the changes to our gerrit setup or download the code and modify and build it locally.

I request you to allow me in doing a new build.

I'm not saying we won't, but please explain what you want to do so we can be sure we're giving you access to the right thing(s).
